Despite the challenges we faced during the difficult times of Covid and the subsequent recovery period, as well as the ongoing labour shortage and economic issues in New Zealand, we stood strong together and remained committed to serving our valued guests.

To honour the traditions and spirit of Chinese New Year, our dedicated staff from both our Hamilton and Cambridge branches came together for a joyous team gathering. It was a day filled with happiness, laughter, and unity as we celebrated this auspicious occasion.

We’re thrilled to announce that last year the owner of Chilli House, Caryn, was invited to showcase her culinary skills at the Great NZ Food Show. Although you may have missed the opportunity to witness Caryn’s spectacular performance at the Healthcotes Cooking Theatre during the Foodshow, she crafted our beloved signature dish: Lovesick Beef. This dish features a tantalizing combination of crispy exterior and tender interior, with a delightful medley of flavors and textures.
